Dundas West Studio offers a flexible 7,500 sq ft of rental space. The space can be used for freelance, students, filmmakers, co-working, long-term office space rental and events. Work alone or with like-minded individuals in this free concept creative space in Toronto. Film, photo, office and screening space in downtown Toronto for rent. The minimum rental period for the space is 3 hours. Space capacity is for up to 80 people!

Weekly Daily Rate:
$50.00 (9am-6pm)
Weekly Evening Rate:
$75.00 (6pm-12am)
Weekend Rate:
We charge an additional $100 weekend fee per booking
Please note:
1. The minimum rental period for the space is 3 hours.
2. The same rate applies on weekends, along with an additional "Weekend" fee of $100 per booking.
3. Space capacity is up to 80 people.
4. Added taxes include 15% Admin Fee, 5% GST and 8% GST
5. Additional service hours will incur an extra hourly charge (Daily or Evening rate)
6. We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due at least one week before the event to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event incur a 50% penalty, which will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance is refundable.
7. All bookings include a $150.00 cleaning fee.
