The minimum rental period for the space is 3 hours. 2. The same rate applies on weekends, along with an additional "Weekend" fee of $100 per booking. 3. Space capacity is up to 80 people. 4. Added taxes include 15% Admin Fee, 5% GST and 8% GST 5. Additional service hours will incur an extra hourly charge (Daily or Evening rate) 6. We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due at least one week before the event to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event incur a 10% penalty, which will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance is refundable. 7. All bookings include a $150.00 cleaning fee.
